“Boots pharmacy has been much better than other pharmacies at being able to source my medication from suppliers. I was also able to arrange to get text messages to say when the prescription had arrived. Staff have also been helpful and understanding even when under a lot of pressure.
There is a general shortage of pharmacists. So we appreciate the work everyone is doing in this crisis. But Boots have been particularly good.
There still can be very long queues.”
