One of the lady staffs was very rude to my 6 years old daughter this evening. She is a child and she does not know the consequences of everything. I rang up this store to enquire about a product. The phone was answered immediately by a HUMAN BEING who was exceptionally helpful. No central call system, no chat bots, no ‘your call is important to us’ nonsense.The lady answered every question and was really helpful….. I wish I had asked her name because she deserves... read full comment
