UPDATE: I used an 0345 number shown on here. It got me through to HO who used their extension and they answered in my local.store so she put me through to them, i'd tried so many times. Poor poor poor, need more staff. Had to wait in a que a pharmacist just to buy over the counter. No urgency or planning at that counter either

Nice people that work in this store I have to say firstly. There is a lot of inconvenience caused by not having medication on time sometimes up to 4 visits to collect my medication. I even give them 5 working days from when I request my prescription. Even this sometimes doesn’t seem to help. Their ordering system needs... read full comment
