This is no indictment on the staff as I?m sure they did all they could, however there?s inconsistent messaging across YBS branches. My mum wanted to add me as a trustee on some accounts and was told in a Yorkshire branch that she just needed to send me a letter confirming what she needed and I could go into any branch with it and my ID and they could complete the process. Not so according to this branch. Please be consistent, as your inflexibility wastes people?s time and expense.

Fantastic service today. Went in to open a new account. This was done speedily and professionally within 10 minutes. No fuss, no ?can?t do this, can?t do that? or any of the other frustrations I?ve encountered elsewhere.Parking isn?t the most convenient but this is clearly outside of their control. The proximity of the railway station means there?s limited on street parking available. There are some 1 hour limited parking bays a 3 minute walk up the road past the turning for Highlands.
