This is no indictment on the staff as I’m sure they did all they could, however there’s inconsistent messaging across YBS branches. Fantastic service today. Went in to open a new account. This was done speedily and professionally within 10 minutes. No fuss, no “can’t do this, can’t do that” or any of the other frustrations I’ve encountered elsewhere.Parking isn’t the most convenient but this is clearly outside of their control.
