Hot chocolates tasted horrible and they put chocolate millionaire short bread on my sons vegan cookie (he as a milk allergy) aswell they scan my voucher and never took it off final bill and when we told them about it they just said call Costa customer services. No refund and no apology. They also messed up someone else order and they gave them a refund. Stuff were struggling deal with all the customers. We will be giving Costa coffee in Biggleswade a miss.
