A great place for a break from shopping. Friendly and helpful staff and plenty of seating available. Got served quickly. One barista even took the time to have a chat with an elderly gentleman, who seemed to be a regular customer. When there weren't any customers waiting to order. Took my youngest for a takeaway frappe drink and an iced coffee. There were more staff behind the counter than customers in the cafe but they took ages.... Food was good, but unfortunately the service was a bit slow, tables weren't cleared very quickly. I think they were a bit short staffed.
