Agree with most people reviews. Service extremely poor and very slow. Even though I submit my repeat prescription in plenty of time it's never ready until I have almost run out of my medication

Shockingly bad service does not even deserve one star!!!
While on holiday I went to Boots in Stoke-on-Trent with a prescription — it was filled immediately and I was out in under 5 minutes.

Very slow service not the staff fault just not enough of them about time Boots employed more staff and the number of times I have seen people have to que up to pay for goods as everyone else is waiting for prescriptions I'm surprised they sell anything I know I wouldn't go.in there.
