Booked a Premier Plus room, just a few quid more than a standard room, well worth the extra pennies. Rainfall shower, fancy coffee machine, free wi-fi. 2 little chocolate bars. At the moment (July 2025) there's some building work going on, so parking is a tiny bit compromised. The lady who was on reception in the evening... read full comment

Poor customer service

Good accommodation let them self's down by not doing room service over our two day stay. Not towels etc just bins and tea making facilities were not emptied or refilled. Apart from that a really nice place.
