The branch was very slow, big queue and one staff working? While waiting a drug addict came in begging for money…. I felt really intimidated being with my 6 year old. It was uncomfortable waiting in a queue and being asked for money and staff walking around didn’t even ask the addict to leave the branch…?

On a Monday, at 11:30, the branch was busy. Firstly, I couldn't use the self serve machine to deposit cash into my account, so went face to face with cashier, Thadshana.
She was very professional, thorough and courteous. Thadshana also helped me set up a standing order, and it was no problem in printing me out a 2 month...
