“On a Monday, at 11:30, the branch was busy. Firstly, I couldn't use the self serve machine to deposit cash into my account, so went face to face with cashier, Thadshana. She was very professional, thorough and courteous. Thadshana also helped me set up a standing order, and it was no problem in printing me out a 2 month statement. ( I have router failer at home atm, so unable to use online banking. Thank you so much to all staff at Bedford today. You were busy, but I observed that you were all a very effective team.
