Sent here for a battery exchange because of the Google Pixel 6A battery issue by Google themselves and they seemed be unsure, then tell me a long winded tale of a so-called resolution. I went into the EE shop after having a very poor experience with their customer services. Nicoleta was really helpful and patient,and she resolved all my issues with the account Maybe it's time for customer service to follow her example!
