Outstanding Service from manager Becky & Shannon & Calum at Wickes Worcester!
I want to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from store manager Becky, Shannon and Calum at Wickes. From start to finish, their support, knowledge, and genuine care went far beyond what I expected.
Becky was incredibly attentive and took the time to really understand what I needed?she listened patiently and offered thoughtful solutions that made a huge difference. Shannon joined her team recently yet was equally fantastic, full of positive energy and sharp product knowledge, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. And Calum?what a gem! His hands-on approach, clear advice, and problem-solving skills were a game-changer. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
It?s rare to come across such a dedicated and professional team. They each went the extra mile with kindness, patience, and a real sense of pride in their work. Wickes is lucky to have them, and I?ll definitely be back thanks to their top-tier service.

DON'T USE WICKES FOR A NEW BATHROOM INSTALLATION, I PROMISE THAT YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!! Quick to take your money but then you're on your own. They won't reply to your complaints. Been waiting 3 weeks for an installer and a field installation manager to come out. Reported leaks and faulty wiring and still no one has been in touch

Ordered bathroom from Worcester site.
Okish service, from Worcester but when problems started both planner and manager washed their hands with us and fobbed us on to customer service dept.
2 weeks fitting time quoted, when work started we had an issue causes by the fitters , then we then had to wait 6 months for the bathroom work to be finished. Wickes admitted the fitters must have caused the 1st problem then at end of the installation denied it, even though we have recordings of phone calls made, supplied via GDPR team at Wickes!
Constantly fobbed off by customer service department, constantly having to recap the incidence on phone as you never spoke to the same person. We were always promised a call back from management to discuss, but it never happened, wasted 3 days holiday to wait in for the calls that never happened!
Constantly having to call in chase up, wait for a calll back that never happened, via Wickes and contractor.
In the end wrote an email to the CEO who passed on us on to
Customer complaints specialist, who handled the issues terrible, I constantly had to chase up contractor who was going to sort out issues, didn't turn up a couple of times, and weeks would go by without hearing a thing unless, I chased it up.
At the end of the issues, being sorted the same customer complaints specialist was offering a pathetic compensation offer, for all the trouble we had encountered for , which we only had a couple of days to decide to take offer.
Perhaps the most insulting line in regards to never getting a call back from a manager was, and I quote: 'Regarding the calls and emails made to Wickes, our offer encompasses the acknowledgement of poor service provided to you however the decision to call and email in to Wickes is ultimately down to you.' err we tried to but no one would call us back!?
The stress and upset this has caused us is unmeasureable, we didnt want to go through claims courts as the stress took its toll, and we just wanted it to all to end. We will never use Wickes again, not even to buy a nail! The most awful home improvement project I have ever gone through!
Please listen to my advice, look at Which magazine report, look at the FB groups set up about Wickes terrible service for kitchens and bathrooms . (wish I'd done the above research!) we are certainly not in the minority, all I can now do is tell anyone not to use Wickes, and have to put with what we went through.

Omg where to start designer didn?t measure kitchen right so had to move extractor fan ,cupboards and sink missing from order all added expense to me. No one could sort things out ,Dean manager rude and unhelpful customer services useless
Avoid at all cost go elsewhere a nightmare to deal with and reported to trading standards
