The screen was ok, fairly cleanish but a little bit chilly. The refreshment service, however, was dreadful. Staff fairly rude selling the biggest possible pack size of popcorn and drink without asking and even when asked for smaller size they would claim that it was the smallest one they have. Not according the price list!!! I request espresso and despite clarifying I was given americano?! ? Would I go again? No thank you as being charge £10 for one drink and popcorn on top of the ticket is disgrace!

This is possibly the worst cinema in the country, the screen is so small and the screen quality is pretty much the same as watching it on Ur mate dodgy Derick's fire stick, the sound quantity is something terrible along the lines of Ur mom's boyfriends ford escort.I shoulda gone to showcase cinema instead or Derick's for that full cinema sound and picture quality

We went as a family tonight to see a film. So let?s start with the positives staff lovely and helpful, clean everywhere you could see when you first get in. Now the negatives the worst smell of urine as soon as you enter the toilet zone so strong? why oh why VUE I don?t understand disgusting ?.

Found that the toilets stink like they have not been cleaned and twice over the weekend I have been to the vue cinema in Worcester and there have been bugs in the ladies. My partner said the gents also smelt bad. Suggest a better cleaner or someone to seriously look into this as it is vile.

Great service at the snack & drinks counter, friendly staff.Clean, tidy and smelt of popcorn as it should.Drinks are a little expensive with only 50p difference between a large and a regular but there is a lot of great options in the machine.We go as a family 2-3 times a year and always go back, highly recommend.

We were in screen 6 do not sit near the front as you are too close to the screen. Picture quality excellent as well as sound.

Simple online booking to avoid queues. Slightly over complex range of seat pricing. But good experience and really enjoyed the film.

Excellent website booking is a breeze!As was the venue very clean, nice staff and great seating and excelent veiwing on all the screens that ive had the pleasure of veiwing in !!Not had a bad experience as yet!!!!would defiantly recommend it to one and all!!!!!!

I like it, they don't have any fancy Imax or anything but what they have is great, good comfy premium seats and great sound and picture quality at great prices, does the job ?

Good place to visit, but parking was a problem on my visit as the NCP carpark was closed (may be open now). Worth the VIP seats for comfort and the sound level was set just right.

Enjoyed our experience today in a very clean No2 screen. Shame they had no onions for the hot dog. But still enjoyed.The toilets were superbly clean and the aroma very good 10/10. I did mention this to the gentleman checking tickets.
