Chris was amazing today when I visited the shop in Worcester with my 91 year old mum. Her phone was playing up and he sorted it quickly, with a smile & patience. The phone is mum's way to see photos of grandchildren & family, whilst keeping in touch with friends. Thank you Chris for going that extra mile ?
