Terrible customer service experience. Went in while on hols to ask for assistance with a Vodafone SIM card purchased in Vodafone in Princes St Edinburgh (v professional service there), had an issue with the international minutes not updating, and basically got told it was. Voxi SIM, that Vodafone sell them, but offer no assistance with them. Very abrupt bordering on rude interaction with what I think was the manager (looked a bit like the Comic Store Guy on the Simpsons), so went literally next door to the O2 store where a really friendly and helpful lady sold me an O2 SIM that got us back online.Disgusted at Vodafone Worcester not standing behind a Vodafone product (I was only asking for advice and to buy an upgrade/top-up/replacement, my transaction was them, Vodafone were happy to take our money when I bought it, but got the bums rush from Vodafone Worcester when we had an issue.

I was not happy with visit I had recently. Just to choose plan it took them 1.5h. Afterwards I had to wait till the next day delivery to collect my phone. That was a lie too. The next day delivery that they so proud of did not come to the store with my phone. Also I was not informed about the way it will all happend. No one told me about any cods I will have to present when I'm there and about the message confirmation I ment to get when my phone arrive. The stuff was nice and all but slow without passing valuable information about delivery. It's been second day and I'm still waiting for my delivery.... very unhappy.

We visited this store and were served by Dan. He spent a long time discussing all options available to us, the differences between each option, identifying one phone only had a few pixels difference to another for comparison of options.His time and service was exemplary and his attention to detail was very much appreciated.I can recommend them.

Vodafone is a joke would not recommend to no one been trying to sort one of my old pay as you go phones that they have been charging me for even though I lost the phone back 2017 ??????????????

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. MEMBER OF STAFF UPSOLD MY MOTHER A PACKAGE THAT INCLUDED A NEW LANDLINE AND THE INTERNET. MY MOTHER IS 86 AND VULNERABLE. ALL SHE WANTED WAS A BETTER BUNDLE FOR HER MOBILE. SHE DOESN'T USE THE INTERNET. SHE ALSO THOUGHT THAT THIS WAS AN INCLUSIVE DEAL, NOT A FRESH ACCOUNT. SUBSEQUENTLY DISCONNECTED DURING LOCKDOWN, SHE LIVES IN A REMOTE PART OF WORCESTERSHIRE. ITS TAKEN FOUR MONTHS TO SORT THIS OUT, SHE HAS A PACKAGE SHE DOESN'T WANT AND I'VE HAD TO TAKE OVER HER ACCOUNT. SHE IS STILL RECEIVING THREATENING LETTERS FOR DEBT COLLECTION SERVICES. I'M TRYING TO CONTACT VODAPHONE WORCESTER ABOUT THIS (I'M IN LONDON) AND NO ONE HAS PICKED UP THE PHONE THERE IN AN HOUR. DREADFUL. I'M TAKING THEM TO COURT. I ONLY PUT A STAR ON THIS OTHERWISE I COULDN'T HAVE POSTED IT.

My dad bought himself a new phone but was having problems with his sim card. We popped in and it was all sorted quickly and he's happy as his phone is working and doesn't have to wait for a new sim.

Very poor response when asking questions about products and availability, didn't even get up from chair when I went over to speak to him, I assumed he must be tired or hung over, it was like trying to talk to a teenager in the mornings with muffled grunts, the other staff present didn't even respond just sat there playing on her phone, left the shop and walked across the road and purchased a £485 brand new phone from them, will never entertain going to that Vodafone shop again.
