After a look at the glasses on display I was seen within about ten minutes of my arrival. I was told at each stage what the member of staff were going to be doing. I was given a very thorough examination. The staff were all very friendly and professional. I selected my glasses and took advantage of the pay monthly scheme. I was also able to use my blue light card discount which brought down the total amount as well as the discount they applied. Looking forward to getting my new glasses.

Had a routine eye test at Worcester store and the staff who dealt with me was very very helpful,polite and very friendly.
The store was clean and had a full range of glasses to choose from, the optician made me feel extremely comfortable while doing my eye test.
