Horrendous conditions at this dingy travel lodge. Got to our very dated room, no soap in the bathroom, then we go to get into bed and there was drops of blood inside it. Clearly dirty sheets that weren?t cleaned. No room switch offered, and a hassle getting a refund.

Sorry folks. This Hotel if you can call it that is disgusting. Very disappointed. The corridors to the rooms have multiple vomit stains on the carpet. Our room was tired. The en-suite had a cracked washbasin. The shower was pointless. The bed was the worst I have ever tried to sleep on. Lumpy and smelly. Reception staff miserable and unhelpful. If you want to enjoy your stay away. Find somewhere else

We've stayed here before. Then the reception desk was manned most of the time and the breakfast service was OK. Now, however, there seldom seemed to be anyone on reception and, as for the breakfast there was one poor girl trying to run the service and re-stock the buffet. There wasn't much left on the hot buffet when we arrived at 8 o'clock and the one staff member there just couldn't manage to keep up.
Unfortunately there had been some sort of leak behind the bar so there were piles of towels there to try and soak it up.

Shocked that a member of staff let themselves into our room while i was in bed with my Mrs..... i looked up and the woman said sorry and shut the door.. why check rooms at 945 at night .. you should know whos in what room.. theres something called a computer which you booked us in with.. this will be sent to head office ... not acceptable

Although The Lodge was in a good location just above The Cathedral Square, it was hidden away and access was circuitous.
We were easily disorientated in the twists and turns from the reception desk to the stairs.
The NCP multistorey was conveniently placed across the square but satnav was lost and we did several dejá vu loops of the streets before actually finding our way in.

Great place but very bad for parking was going round in circles trying to get into the parking and when i eventualy did get in had problems with the payment machine and very expensive at 11.95 especialy at most travellodge i have stayed at have been free

24 hours in Worcester, great central location near cathedral, ideal for walk with the dog along Monarch's way. Good for wife and shops.
Easy walk from NCP car park attached to centre. Helpful and friendly staff.
We throughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
P.s visit the Botanist by the entrance, great for food and a view.
Only real draw back was noise of seagulls in Worcester.

Tired, dirty and quite smelly hotel with poor facilities. We had a disabled access twin room with beds so narrow I was wondering how I'd turn over in bed without falling out. No air con despite bad heat and humity, just an old noisy desk fan. Yes the windows open a bit, but if you are sleeping on the side above the shops, then be prepared for all their extraction fans to be on until very late and to hear everyone in town enjoying themselves. Beds uncomfortable, pillows lumpy. The door to the room as so narrow that I could barely get the wheelchair through it, so I began to wonder if this really was a disabled access room. One of the worst Travelodges I have ever stayed in and not worth the £115 paid. Maybe disabled rooms are just rubbish and the rest are fine? I do not recommend and I will not be staying there again.

Currently staying here? all I can say is AVOID. There are suspicious white stains on the bed runner and floor, crisps on the carpet, shower water switches from hot to cold, shower plug is clogged so fills up when showering, towels dirty, pillow cases dirty. Extremely disappointed as we are staying for a wedding and feeling very unclean in this bedroom, even more disappointed as we paid £175 for 2 nights???

From a Hen Party of 8 on Saturday 7th June 2025, we had the best time, all 3 rooms exceptionally clean and tidy, staff fantastic ,very pleasant and accomodating, breakfast was smashing , great service and good value, well done to you all, keep up the good work, thank you Helen W ( Mother of the bride ) Xx

Generally positive stay - the noise both inside and outside of the hotel was the only downfall however you do have to keep in mind that this is in a city centre location - though maybe thicker sealed windows and air conditioning might be better as I?d imagine that sleeping with the windows open might be challenging.
The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were in good order and all was as expected.
