Friendly staff, nicely displayed products for you to have a look at whilst your orders being retrieved, some might say they're just getting you to buy more to that i say they're not forcing you to buy something you don't need, have some self control like other adults and don't be a weak tool, something I've yet to buy from toolstation.

It was good. It's MUCH cheaper than a specialist shop but you won't be able to ask the staff for advice. Well, you probably can but they are unlikely to know. That's not meant disrespectfully to the Worcester staff. It's like if you buy a PC from Argos and ask the staff for spec related info.
They are there specifically to punch numbers in, beam at you as they say "We don't have the 32mm in stock",.... "oh.... Nor 40mm". "when will he have them in stock, let's take a look.... AHA we're due a delivery on the 15th of Never"
