Staff at the fitting rooms on Friday 15/08/25 around 5 pm : absolutely awful. Didn?t even make eye contact, counted my items twice like I was trying to smuggle in extras, despite me clearly saying I had five. Zero words spoken the whole time. When I returned the clothes, she rolled her eyes and then laughed with a colleague ? unbelievably rude. Honestly, with their own appearance, they had no business laughing at anyone. Such a terrible image for the store.

Today I came into store and when in the queue it was so obvious two of the girls serving was talking about me and laughing. I think they need to be trained properly and shouldn't be allowed to deal with customers until they are fit to do so.

This is the second TK Maxx store, Worcester, the first being Kidderminster, where I've tried to buy something on a Love2Shop card but been told I can't unless I know how much is on it. I said if there's a difference I'll pay cash. Nope, can't do it. Second time I've walked out and now going to spend it somewhere else.

Please stop ripping off the original prices. If something cost ?9.99 you shouldn?t sell it on for £12.99. Be cautious if you see a ripped price tag- means they?re trying to sell it for more than it?s actually worth.
