Popped in for a replacement key, surprised how much they cost, but thinking about it, i bought the last one in 1984 !lol. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Will use the store again for Cobbler work.

I had a nightmare as my belt broke and I could not get one that fitted. I managed to get one that did not fit. I walked past Timpson and thought they may be help. Kim was really helpful when I popped in , inserted several holes all neatly and finally it fitted. I could carry on as normal. Kim wished me well did not want any money. What a gent - I will be back and would thoroughly recommend this store. Thanks Kim!

£20 for 3 basic keys. That is obscene.I only wish I asked the price before getting them cut.Local hardware shop would have been £7.50 - I checked afterwards (i only popped into timpsons because i was passing). I understand you have overheads being a chain but three times the price is ridiculous. Will never use you again even for shoes and cleaning.

My son's birthday present - a new watch - was damaged shortly after receiving it. I took it to Kim in the shop who offered to have a look at it on a no fix, no fee basis with my other alternative buying a new one. I went back the next day and he had managed to fix what was a fairly complicated problem. He only charged me a tenner. He went the extra mile after I'd told him how disappointed my son was when it got damaged. I wont go anywhere else in the future.

Can?t cut a basic key despite several visits. No apology either. Use the cobbler a few doors up.

called them on Tuesday for key cutting, was quoted £7.50,then half price for 2nd.called Wednesday & was quoted £6 then half price for 2nd again, did sound like the same person. situated warndon villages. worcester...... beware!!!!!!
