I met a staff member named Bella in the Worcester branch and she helped me pick out gifts for my son. She showed the 3 for 2 offer on the sale items, a real bargain. I would absolutely visit again because of the great customer service I received today!

Popped into the store to get some colouring pens for a new canvas I'm working on. The lady who served me was very friendly and we had a brief chat whilst I was making my purchase. Shop was well stocked and I easily found what I needed. I came in on 14th May, around after 11 o clock, if you could pass this onto the lady who was working around that time. I'd defiantly come back to your branch for further purchases.

I've already forgotten the guys name but will update when I remember, very bubbly and took time to talk to me and understood my situation, gave me my student discount and also got me a loyalty card to save, this is great for when I go back to college, what a legend he's such a great asset to your branch ??

Just spent £93 on Xmas presents and not one of the price stickers came off in one go and most have left a residue. I'm absolutely mad, I've some lovely books that I'm too scared to start removing the stickersIt's about time retailers put some care and consideration when pricing.

Lovely shop with great bargains. Bought 3 for £10 in the Black Friday sale which sorts out birthdays for the kids friends. Smallish Christmas section though
