Had a wonderful experience here just over a week ago, looking for presents for my little sisters to bring home from my trip. I have an autism assistance dog and was accompanied by a friend who also has an assistance dog. A staff member opened the door for us and were very respectful of our working dogs which is unfortunately quite rare as many people ignore their jackets and try to distract them from their jobs. Excellent selection of toys and completed my quest.

Store manager was really rude, was waiting around for ages next to till, whilst he was stood infront of the till. I had to watch him walk to the toys and put a car on the track again which was such an unnecessary job which could have been done later. He then walked back infront of the till once again ignoring we were waiting near the till, until we asked if he could serve us. Really rude and terrible customer service.

Terrible service honestly. I wish I could say I've made this up but unfortunately I haven't. Now for some context, it's my little brother's birthday soon so me and my friends were looking for a gift for him. We're not sure what happened but as we walked down the baby toy aisle, there mustve been a toy that some dirt of sensor because it turned on and caught us three off guard. We laugh it off ,however, a man (looking rather official, I assumed he was the manager. White man, glasses, possibly bald? Middle aged.) came over and started scoulding us? Bearing in mind, before this we were just looking around, just like the other shoppers. We weren't loud, we weren't making a mess. The most my friend did was pick up a mask and put it on to see if it would even fit my brother's head. However, this man had made assumptions due to our age that we were messing around all because we laughed as a reaction to being scared. This man berated us and thankfully we managed to get it all on video otherwise no one else would believe us. As we tried to explain and apologize the situation we were constantly cut off. This behaviour from staff towards customers customers is atrocious. I'm appalled. Some other customers at the scene had the same thought as us.
