I rang them at 3.45 in the afternoon and the lovely lady walked to the item and put her hand on it to confirm it was in stock. I received the item before 1pm the following day. Absolutely superb service. Thank you.

out.Check out their shop in Worcester, Optics can be field tested , there was even a yellow browed
warbler showing on one of my visits.

This shop is an absolute gem. I went in to buy a pair of binoculars, and they were so helpful and lovely, without being at all pushy. They even put the straps into the binoculars for me. They also have a huge selection of bird guides. A must visit for birders.

Visited shop Saturday 3rd May purchased Hawke 8 x 42ed Binoculars. Great shop great choice and friendly knowledgeable staff, nothing too much trouble explained all required to purchaser who was put at ease from entering the shop to leaving.
Plenty of literature available ie Bird books etc, scopes,Bags,Tripods,Cleaning kits.
Easy to find in arcade opposite Bell inn pub.
Highly recomended if you looking for entrance level or high end optics.
