Went to Tesco to get some nail clippers. Asked a young assistant for help and he went out of his way. None where they were supposed to be but went to see if any in store, found the last one. Didn't catch his name unfortunately but very impressed with his dedication to make sure I got what I wanted. Loved the service.

Staff at the petrol station don?t replenish the receipt roll and I need to reclaim petrol for business purposes. Finally found a 4th pump with receipt roll. Then I used a pump with receipt roll and it does not print anything on just a blank receipt. Waste of time having pay at pump.

Got accused a couple of years back that I had not scanned the cooked hot chicken so shows how long ago
Said I have, insisted I hadn't, ok I said let me pay and see wots on receipt, it was there, but sadly no apology. Told her that you have basically accused me of being a thief in front of all these people, again no apology, shrugged shoulders walked away

My Wife and I had a bad experience today at Tesco St Peters, Worcester. I have used the self scan system with some success over the past few months, not so today. I had a trolley full of items valued at 119 pounds. When we arrived at the self scan checkout I had forgotten that contactless payment does not work over 100 pounds so attention was drawn to one of the assistants. She insisted that she empty the trolley completely and check every item. I did have difficulty scanning two items (raspberries and blackberries) after several attempts the system seemed to pick them up. This experience was most unpleasant. When I asked to speak to the manager she relpied that he was not in today.
I do know of someone who has stopped using Tesco St Peters because of excess security.
These people forget that there is ALDI three minutes walk from where I live.
I forgot to say that my wife and I are both 78 years old.

Well done Tesco! New sensor breaks on the trolleys that lock within 10ft of the entrance, how we supposed to get a large shop to our cars???????

09/01/25 17:00hrs Called in to your St Peter?s Worcester Store to do a weekly shop and decided to use your self scan system, got half way round and the self scan system crashed. We were rescued by Tim who opened a till especially for us. my wife is recovering from lung cancer surgery and I have Blood Cancer ( terminal unfortunately)
Tim gave us excellent service and rescanned our whole shop considering he could only use one hand ( he had cerebral palsy). He even took the shopping to our car and loaded it in.
One hell of a nice guy who knew how to give the ultimate service
Please pass on to him our heartfelt thanks and well done Tesco for employing people like Tim who will go that extra mile

I want to extend my deepest thanks to a fantastic young man who saved me me on Saturday, 14th December, at Tesco. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but he mentioned that he has been working at Tesco for 22 years.
His cheerful and positive attitude absolutely made my day. It was so refreshing to meet someone who genuinely enjoys their job, especially in this day and age. He was so enthusiastic, cheerful and professional.
Tesco is very fortunate to have such a dedicated and wonderful team member. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Do not use photo booth from tescos for passport photos. The photo prints are very dark, not usable. I wasted 12 GBP. Better go to photo studio.
