Absolutely appalled by who was on tills midday at around 14:30pm. Telling me to get off my phone when filling up my car when my phone was in my pocket and what I had in my hand was my petrol cap! I proceeded to turn around to show him that my phone was NOT in my hand and it was my petrol cap. I went to pay for my petrol and items and he CONTINUED to tell me not to use my phone when filling up my car like I don?t know that can cause a fire?????? I proceeded to tell him my phone was in my pocket and when he saw that my phone indeed has a bright coloured dangly thing on it and not the black circular thing he saw earlier in my hand he DIDNT EVEN APOLOGISE. As a retail worker myself, at least I know to apologise when I?m in the wrong. Please re train this particular member of staff on how to HAVE customer service skills or at least allow him to get an eye test to differentiate a thick circular petrol cap and an iPhone.

Last night i had terrible experience in the store as i am a part time uber driver and i buy most of my groceries from this store for my family.
I went straight to the till and the gentleman serving at the till to ask for my order.
He was very polite and showed me 2 packages. But unfortunately one of the oder was not mine to deliver so i asked for his help to find the correct package. Later he rang the bell for assistance. Meanwhile a gentleman showed up packing a new order so being obvious I approached him and asked him politely the order number he?s packing and he replied very rudely, ?I don?t know?.
Then he came to the till and kept asking me very rudely, ?Tell me your number?. I got very nervous and embarrassed i said,? I don?t want to say anything now?.
Then later everything turned miserable. Gentleman asked me to leave his store.
I told him it?s alright if he don?t want me to deliver packages to customers but i want to buy few things for me being a regular customer of the store. Still he said ,?get out of here?.
I am very heartbroken still thinking this is not what I supposed.
In case Store management look into this matter i urge them to see CCTV footage in store and the Camera footage on the Gentleman?s pocket Camera.
I Never got such a treatment from reputable store like Tesco

Only one person on a till. Someone was buying their weekly shopping (£90) that's fine but left the only till tied up for ages causing a queue.

Well stocked shelves, friendly staff. Only downside was only 1 self service till was in use for paying (without fuel) and a few people waiting in queue.

Pay at pump wasn?t working so the queues in the shop were long, however only one young lad working hard behind the till while 2 other staff made a decision to re stock the cake shelf
