Terrible customer service at Worcester store ignored us while waiting 25 mins. I had to ask how long as dealing with another customer only then she replied I don't know as I am dealing with a software problem. No sorry, no nothing did seem bothered, didn't ask what we wanted. All she had to do is say in the beginning we may be waiting a while.

Unhelpful and condescending staff. Amazing that they can get away with it working for such a big company. I would never go back or recommend the Phone shop at Tesco based on my experience.

The staff in charge of price reductions here (the evening shift) are quite rude and can be frequently seen wheeling reduced items into the staff area of the store. It comes across as a 'gang' of a minority of staff here. I'm being careful not to tar all with the same brush as there are many who clearly love their jobs and do them well. It wouldn't be a bad thing for the management to use those expensive CCTV cameras to check out what their staff are up to either. The general atmosphere is awful and I really do detest shopping here.

A really busy store that still seems really friendly. The clothes range is good and there is always a good range of sizes available. The fresh fruit and vegetables always seem fresh. the bakery products are always good although some times there is limited availability. The staff are friendly. The shelves are normally always full and its difficult to not be able to get everything you need.
