“The staff member was very helpful. She'd just closed the till but saw I had 4 items so jumped back on to serve me so I didn't have to wait behind a customer with a trolley! Found everything I was after without any issues.”

“Love shopping at Waitrose London Road, because I buy small bits daily it’s mostly a very quick nip round. Always good to park. Couple of downsides that I notice fairly frequent are the toilets are very smelly and some items are very often not in stock.”

“We went to the cafe on Saturday whist doing the brilliant elephant trail. We needed 3 tables for all the family. A brilliant cafe employee called Adam helped us enormously. He cleaned the seating, tables and the floor and then he cleaned the high chair. He went over and above and made our visit so pleasant and safe. Thank you Adam. Excellent work ethic and attitude”

“Lidl has become my go-to shopping destination. The simplicity of the store's layout is a key factor for me—I appreciate how it helps me find what I need efficiently. The overall shopping experience is pleasant, and I particularly enjoy the convenience of navigating the aisles. Lidl's setup aligns with my preferences, making it a satisfying and time-saving choice for my regular shopping trips.”

“Excellent bargains, at times very busy but can't really be helped.

Recommend getting the steak mince- used it in a beef bourginion-style cottage pie and it was incredible beef quality; very surprised!!”

“That one elderly guy at the self checkout strangely resembles gargamel from the smurfs, except he's not evil wizard. He's just a normal helpful old man”

“I heard there was a compliant against some staff members, last Friday 20th September, we’ll I’d like to point out that it will not be you early day staff, as everyone of them is brilliant and very friendly to all customers, I might add some of you later afternoon and evening staff are not the same at all in some cases very unfriendly to say the least I try to avoid going to the store after 5pm”

“Amazing selection and very friendly staff. Fresh bakery out by 6.15am. Even on a Sunday. If something isn’t out they do check it in the back and restock very quick. Staff has been going for the extra miles with their customer service. More Tesco store should be run like this!”

“The new refurbished store overall is great, much better than the aging mess it used to be. Modern, bright and spacious. Only downside of the refurb is the small Homeware section, absolutely no toys or books and very limited selection of magazines compared to what they used to have.

The Argos itself very nice and handy to have in the Sainsburys, hopefully its smaller footprint won't reduce the amount of stock available, was always a matter of time till the Elgar RP one was moved either here or St Johns.

The petrol station remains as was prior to the refurb though is perfectly fine, usually cheapest in the city too.

Overall very nice store especially compared to its previous state, though personally will mainly use this store for the Argos and cheap fuel.”

“Some gaps on shelves and things I wanted which were out of stock despite refilling trolleys left in the aisles. Despite being much larger and newer I prefer my usual Makvern branch.”

“Called into this store this morning very impressed with the new refurbishment.
Seems to be more space and a lot more choice of items. Prices fair for a convenience store. Lovely staff helpful and friendly.”

“Pretty bog standard local Co-Op. Bit confusing re different loyalty card versus other nearby. I have always been able to get a sensible alternative here to what I wanted, if not the thing itself.
Has a Post Office inside as well, which isn't open all the time the shop is. Reasonable (5?) car parking lot outside.”

“09/01/25 17:00hrs Called in to your St Peter’s Worcester Store to do a weekly shop and decided to use your self scan system, got half way round and the self scan system crashed. We were rescued by Tim who opened a till especially for us. my wife is recovering from lung cancer surgery and I have Blood Cancer ( terminal unfortunately)
Tim gave us excellent service and rescanned our whole shop considering he could only use one hand ( he had cerebral palsy). He even took the shopping to our car and loaded it in.
One hell of a nice guy who knew how to give the ultimate service
Please pass on to him our heartfelt thanks and well done Tesco for employing people like Tim who will go that extra mile”

“I liked it.
This store has an average selection of products and also has self-service cash registers as well as simple cash registers. The prices are also good. There are refrigerators with pizza, sushi, meat products. There is our own bakery with delicious donuts and buns. There are different departments with: Baked goods, Frozen food, Spirits, Pets, Drinks and even cards for apps (Play market, Xbox, Apple and so on)
The only downside is that the selection is average and sometimes there are no products available (usually in the evening).
Nice little shop if you need something urgently.”

The store layout is well-organized and easy to navigate, which saves me time during my shopping trips. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable.

One of the biggest benefits of shopping at Tesco Express Worcester is the convenience. The store is located in a convenient location, making it easy for me to stop by on my way home from work or while running errands. The extended opening hours also make it easy for me to shop at a time that works best for my schedule.

“A nice little shop near to where I live, a tiny bit grubby but always has the items I want in stock, I've seen reviews of people having a bad attitude employee being rude or mistreating others in their experience, I've been going there for years and not once has there been any issue.”

“Helpful staff, good pharmacy including getting jabs with your shopping! The self service tills would benefit from better hands on management (many times staff have been leisurely in responding to frequent issues these tills have) but usually very helpful once there.
Competitive with a good range of food.
Customer services desk helpful when sorting issues.”
