I try my best to avoid Superdrug since I end up buying too much, love this shop good quality, always amazing deals when the price is already really good, cant fault it!Edit: so much has changed since I've made that review, customer service unfortunately decreased its quality, I felt very uncomfortable a couple of times when inside the shop with several members of the staff checking on me, I wasn't offered help (not that I needed) but it made me feel as if they thought I was going to nick something... So now I rather go to boots or house of fraser or even Birmingham if I'm feeling like pampering myself, I will definitely avoid superdrug!

Layout really hard to navigate. Queing system in place means bottle necked towards tills and therefore unable to navigate round the shop.

They do product that dont test on animlas. And do vegan products and reasonable prices. Most product that is tested on should be cheaper as supperdrugs shouldn't buy product that is tested on animals and to be so dear they should distinguished all animal testing products
