Went to Superdrug today with a friend who bought a product that was supposed to be half price with the superdrug card. After realising that she got over charged we went back to sort out the confusion! Staff were passive aggressive, and when the store manager Cerys came over she was horrible to my friend that was trying to load up her receipt which was supposedly emailed to her but hadn?t come through yet. She then complained about how she had to go all the way upstairs and look through the system to find the purchase (which was only 2 mins prior). My friend apologised about not being able to find the receipt, and was blatantly ignored by staff. As it was the stores fault, not my friends, the attitude from the workers was unacceptable. I was really disappointed by the reaction of a store manager, as she made my friend feel accused of lying about her purchases when all she was doing was trying to load the receipt! I feel terrible that the workers are so unhappy that they act this way! Frustration taken out on innocent members of the public!!!

I have been going into Superdrug with my very well behaved dog for the last 3 years, at least once a month. It says online they're dog friendly & I asked a member of staff 3 years ago if the store was dog friendly & they said yes.
Lots of people I know go in with their dogs, not just the Worcester branch.
Today I was told it's not dog friendly. The member of staff was polite. I explained I've been coming in for the last 3 years with him. I left, and checked straight away to see if anything had changed. Online it says Superdrug is still Dog friendly...
Decided to get my purchases from Lush instead. Who were ridiculously friendly & asked if they could pet my dog.
Only giving 2 stars because the shop assistant was polite. However he's either incorrectly informed, so Superdrug need to train better. Or the rules have changed, haven't been updated & I'm really disappointed.

DR Thomas Walter is just a joke, not a doctor. Don't ever order a prescription with Superdrug as they cancel your order without considering your answers. Same answers, got my prescription approved straight away by another pharmacy. Thanks for nothing.

Some staff are very rude and miserable to the point you feel sorry for them.However the other Superdrug shop in the crown gate the ladies are lovely far better going in there.
