Nice & friendly staff, no matter how busy they are, they always smile & treat you well. The food is always fresh & store looks nice & tidy. Highly recommend the Big Bombay sub.

Well my experience wasn?t that great I bought two sandwiches and three bags of crisps and the manager tried to over charge me by £11.and if I hadn?t questioned it he?d would have taken my money, obviously overcharging customers boosts his store profit margins.

Wouldn't usually leave a review but came in at around 20.00 and around 20.15 had meal and on the way out asked could I use the toilet needed a number one.Was told point blank no we just cleaned the toilet and that I was not allowed to use it. Pretty angry fact I asked for no sweetcorn in the sandwich and they put sweetcorn in and I actually let them keep the change all to be told no you can not use toilet is shocking. Lazy staff,Who need to listen when taking orders and who insult someone basically saying I am gonna leave toilet in a state. I won't be returning and just leaving this as a warning to other customers. Who ever Sunway buiness this is just wanted to to be aware that staff are very poor.

I went to Subway for lunch and used the Subway application to redeem a reward. However, I was disappointed with the service. The lady at the counter seemed impatient and unwilling to assist me with the app. Instead of explaining how it works, she appeared disinterested and behaved oddly. The overall staff was not helpful either. Despite its proximity to my workplace, I would rather travel two miles to another location in town due to the poor service at this Subway branch.

Honestly the best Subway in Worcester, in my opinion. Staff are lovely, the manager is fab and they are always happy to help and recommend things if you aren?t sure. I live within a mile of two different subways but will always choose to come here every time!! Thanks guys, keep up the great service!Hash brown/large tea girl! :)
