Shrub Hill is awful! Ordered twice via JustEat and both times had issues! First time they got the order wrong with missing items/salad and the sandwiches looked unappetising and arrived freezing cold (despite being toasted), sent pictures and sorted a partial refund via JustEat which took over 24hrs. Second time we had multiple missing sides and drinks, decided to call up the branch to try and rectify without having to contact and wait on JustEat and the man on the phone wasn't interested! Basically called us liars and claimed that the order was checked by his team and it was all in there. The bag was sealed with THEIR sticker so no one had tampered with it until we had opened it. Rude staff, incompetent team and will not be using this particular store again! Avoid!

will never be coming back here again. i ordered a chicken tikka ham and cheese sandwich and the chicken was almost frozen. after eating it i felt extremely sick and realised i was food poisoned by it. i think the staff need to be retrained as they don?t seem to even know the basics of preparing food and keeping customers safe. i dont recommend anyone else orders from here unless you want to end up food poisoned and unable to even leave your house for days because of if

I live a few mins walk but usually walk passed it today however Wednesday 23rd Oct I went into my local 1 at shrub Hill worcester the staff was lovely 2 guys smiled and chatty I had a meat ball sub I brought it home and it.was lovely

Absolutely disgusted at how far this branch has fallen off.
Staff dont seem to care, no friendly welcome on the way in anymore, laughing and joking amongst each other while forgetting what has just been asked of them from the customer and having to repeat yourself multiple times. Upselling at an absolute low point got to the end of the line onto the till where your upselling should be at it finest and just get an abrupt ?£12? no other interaction no offers on cookies or weather i wanted to make any of my sandwiches a meal today, i am in utter shock.
As a previous employee for matt & mesh and knowing there expectations i am thoroughly let down.

Came here today with my family in the evening and ordered a meatball marinara that was hot flavoursome and expertly cut by the young lady serving me, both of which by the way were absolutely lovely, smiley and couldnt be more helpful. 10/10 will come again ?

I had a beef cheese melt it was not cooked cheese not melted it was horrible I have had it before it was really good so I am disappointed ??

Came in today and the staff were very friendly. The food counters were clean and the restaurant looked organised. I ordered the Legendary Teriyaki footlong and was very happy with it. I will definitely come here again. Very handy with a car park right next to it.

I went in this subway to get a salad box. The shop was empty and I had to wait for 5 minutes for the girl to finish what she was doing and decided to notice me. But I'm sorry that is no way to treat your customers so I walked out without my salad box. The girl wasn't very friendly it looked like she didn't want to be there.

Excellent service, friendly helpful staff and didn't have to wait to get served as no queue when we went in. Prices are fair and cookies were yummy ? Would highly recommend this store.

Order a big steak cheese and other items . When wrapping the big steak cheese, half of the filling fell out on to the counter , she laughed and carried on wrapping my sandwich up . I refused to have that sandwich and they didn?t offer me another or go make me another one. Poor service. Very disappointed of the experience of a subway .Kid-friendliness: None
