“I have not known bad customer service, the other reviews must be fake but, I guess not when like me, you might spend £112 in store and be treated with excellence, I have no idea why.. . I love the staff, easy refunds process, easy to talk to, even warranting a back and fourth bit of banter. I carefully explained and apologised my mistake for picking the wrong item, the staff showed understanding. I love my new shoes as well, I nonchalantly ask people if they have looked at my new shoes, for the 4th time in a row lol. I think I have found my second home when it comes to buying clothing and shoes, a wonderful experience, it's my kind of place to shop in. If a manager sees my review, please I recommend all your staff for promotion. I can't wait to shop there again when the need arises. Well done Sports Direct. Thank you for being here.”
