I use the shop long time, but today was really unpleasant shopping ? I was buying Socks £7 and some other thingsI I check the socks at home and I didn?t like quality ??back to shop Try to return With receipt, but Sales assistant She told me You can?t get money back ( no Fool refund ) because I left the store It?s a company policy ? Sales assistant She was really un polite No smiling Doesn?t say sorry? Defensive body language anyway I left the socks Into store and walk out ? today I lost £7 No problem But for next 7 Years Definitely not buying nothing ? I think it?s fair ? unfortunately no respect for paying customers ? Thanks Sport Direct

Went in to buy replacement badminton racket grip, the sales assistant told me they currently don?t have any. Then advised me to ?just use masking tape or something?. Not really advise I?d expect from a sports equipment shop

Used this shop for many years and today had the worse experience ever with one member of the stuff . Rude and very aggressive because though we were stealing a pair of socks 3.5£ only because was unde the pushchair.

Sports Direct Worcester need to put the correct phone number on their website. Ringing the number quoted gives a message that 'this number cannot be recognised'

Shocking - no help whatsoever. Wanted some 5 a side footwear, was direcgted to football boots, what I aske for more help, was told 'there they are' and he walked off. Spoke to 3 members of staff to get to that point, shocking.

I was told to order so.e shoes on line cost me £4.99 delivery but the size was to small they want another £4.99 to return it then another £4.99 to send out the correct size £15 in deliveries will never use this service again

Absolutely disgusting attitude of the so called assistant manager who refused to provide his name. Arrogant staff behind the tills who ignored us and walked off! Refused to give us a refund for goods purchased with a receipt. Only provide a credit note so your forced to re spend money in the shop even for stuff you don't want, I will never shop there again.....

I was today with my friend at shopping, the cashier girl was very arrogant , chews rubber like a cow in front of us , very ugly, she left our alarms to all the productsz. Returned to us from the guard 3 times from the door, because the lady was too busy with her arrogance to do her job properly and to check and remove the alarms from the products. I hope that in the future you hire people who really know how to do their job and have a proper attitude, we do not pay to be treated with arrogance and to see the gum out of her mouth. This is very big disrespect.

First time visiting this one as I was in the area but don't accept defence discount supposedly. (Even though my app shows they do) I'll try my local one or somewhere else. Cost of living crisis I assumed the high Street stores wouldn't be getting rid of things like this!.
