In my experience, stock variety is way more comprehensive compared to Wickes and Home base combined, meaning you are more likely to assemble a professional tool kit that is ready for any challenge, in 1 placeNew electronic catalogue system saves paper and faff, I was able to instantly find the size and style of Dewalt steel toe cap boots for my warehouse job. They stock top brands like Dewalt, Makita etc I have kitted out a carpentry tool kit of hand tools from here based on college knowledge, every tool gets used, it will make your DIY or trade a smoother experience and save timeCustomer service is very good, efficient. Always a positive experience, staff knowledge helped me find the correct fridge light bulbI personally make a special trip there over competitors because they will more than likely have exactly what I want for home improvement/trade and no waiting for delivery like online, if it's urgent, and no silly compromises for quality or type of productI have often thought of the place as the "UK Version of Amazon for DIY" Except you can walk in, pay cash and speak to another human being for help, which is pretty cool.Unsure where Worcester would be without this store.
