Visited this store today & wont be returning. Most of the ' staff ' were rude. They had multiple signs on the rails saying ' All clothing was £3 ' & A sign above the childrens rail saying ' All childrens clothes £1' - another rail said
' items 50p. Yet many items i looked at had higher prices, yet on the signs it didn't state ' All items £3 UNLESS PRICED OTHERWISE ' so very misleading. 1 lady picked up a childrens snowsuit & asked if it was £1 like the sign said, she was rudely told no, it had only just come in, yet it was on the rail under the sign saying £1 ( i watched an assist put it there ) . The older assistant took the suit off the lady, withdrew it from sale & very quickly ripped down the sign. There was another assistant who was a wheelchair user, she had to ask a customer for help because she had been asked to put out pairs of shoes onto a top self - she was in a wheelchair! Clearly they don't value their volunteers or their customers. I had an issue myself with an item marked at £3 but yet it was rang up at £15. Now as a retail shop mananger, you are legally obliged to honour the price on the signs because it said All clothing was £3 - nothing about exceptions or being priced individually. All in all not a very positive experience & wont be returning.

Charity shop area is nice.My only concern is the charity/company asking for £19 on a TV advert to help the homeless, but there's a homeless lady who sleeps by the doorway. No help being given with the £19 given by the public.

Do a fantastic job in Worcester. Help to feed the homeless along with Worcester Street Cafe.
