Staff stand in your way & cross your path stopping your passage or view & don?t apologise. They all seem hell bent on getting the collection orders made up & the actual customers in the store are invisible. Delivery drivers getting snarky with staff.

The staff are more interested about the deliveroo/uber deliveries or stacking shelves than serving customers. They see there is a queue but carry on regardless. Although some of the longer serving staff are pleasant, some are incredibly rude and abrupt. The store has truly gone down hill and I only use it as a last resort. Go a bit further down the road to Tesco express. It's quicker and the staff don't look like they have just bitten into a very sour haribo!!

Always been great no issues staff friendly but I must say the recent change around of the stock is so frustrating who made this unnecessary decision I?m not the type to complain but so pointless takes me forever to find anything now - again it?s a stupid management decision not the staff they are always great ?

Spen but sound for a local. They put tongues out for customers on bakery but saw them putting them out with their bare hands today. Ick.

Oh dear this shop as gone down hill for the customers. Do the staff realise customers have been keeping them in a job over the years by using the shop?. I walked in this morning several customers had already been waiting a long time to be served. One lady was calling but not one member of staff was on the shop floor working. Another lady in the long queue was a friend of mine. A male assistant came from out the back eventually when a delivery driver went to ask him to serve. He came out with a face like thunder. He just started serving the lady and said very abruptly to her aren't you going to pack your shopping away, so she said I will if you give me a chance.
Normally some staff are friendly enough but this kind of service to customers is unbelievable, lacks good management and leadership at the moment.

I liked it.
This store has an average selection of products and also has self-service cash registers as well as simple cash registers. The prices are also good. There are refrigerators with pizza, sushi, meat products. There is our own bakery with delicious donuts and buns. There are different departments with: Baked goods, Frozen food, Spirits, Pets, Drinks and even cards for apps (Play market, Xbox, Apple and so on)
The only downside is that the selection is average and sometimes there are no products available (usually in the evening).
Nice little shop if you need something urgently.

Staff are friendly and helpful even though they must be under staffed for the amount of customers, deliveroo orders and products they have to manage but far too many products of the same thing for a convienance store. Self service takes CASH and CARD and is excellent but if you need an age restricted product you're best to go to the counter to pay.

Convenient when walking through town and you need to get something from the shop. Has quite a lot of stock. Self scans and a kiosk available.Not really much parking around if you wanted to drive there unless you park on the main road and walk over or park around the back roads.
