Excellent customer service. Staff are friendly and know what they are talking about. The clothing is expensive compared to other shops but most blogs will you they are built to last and actually offer more value for money over the life of the garment My only criticism is that I find some designs aren't that modern, it's a subjective view, but the shop itself and the staff are excellent. Worth noting that they have more sizes in a stock room.

Good selection of mens abd womens clothing for outdoor walking etc. Very helpful manager and staff. Pity the street view of the shop frontage has been restricted for some time by ugly works on the adjoining Crown Gate Centre.

Absolutely brilliant service from Nigel and his staff. They always offer an excellent advice on all Rohan products and if it doesn't fit properly they will tell you immediately that it doesn't fit properly and then let you decide on a bigger or smaller size. I appreciate that professional honesty.My wife and myself are always given a warm welcome when we enter the Rohan premises at Worcester and I especially feel that I am a part of the Rohan family.Thank you Nigel and your excellent staff for your excellent service and Rohan for your excellent products. I would also like to thank the unsung 'hero staff' of Rohan whom I never get to meet ie the telephone orders and return product people who have worked so hard during Covid to get our orders out.
