Last year I canceled my membership, but I was charged again! Support does not help much, I already canceled it in my account, I just want to refuse membership in this gym, but I can?t!!
So the history of this gym ended in they made my money from another month, but I told them I needed to cancel the membership forever, so support didn't listen to me and I lost money.
I never recommend this gym.
2025, they charged my mate again after he cancelled any direct debits. And it was like minimum half a month before the next payment.
Its need to be called ?Poor gym?, because poor customer service and they're kinda useless.
By the way, from my own experience I can say I didn't get a penny back from them.
Better to choose any gym around, but not that one. Just so annoying that it still happens.

Really unsatisfied with this gym. Gym is always dirty, dust on machines and dirty toilets. Dumbbells are always missing. One space is out of order for months now and they won?t remove it and it?s taking place. No air con. People never put back stuff after themselves which is seriously annoying. There?s a cleaner lady who sits in the toilets and does nothing, started speaking to me in a different language which made me really uncomfortable.

Air conditioning not working all time or sometimes working little bit one place is not available for up to 1 month and still is in cleaning progress I pay cash for this and I?m not happy with that ?.. tragedy gym ?.

Plenty of space and many pieces of equipment. Also a separate area with mats, weights, a room for classes and another for spinning. Bright and air-conditioned. Nice helpful staff and clientele.

I use this gym regularly, I've been a member for many months now. Nice big gym with plenty of equipment and is used by a varied range of people from beginners to experienced, young and mature. Staff are very friendly and willing to help.

when I started going to Pure Gym I was very happy, but what is happening now gives me a headache. I hear people saying that they want to leave Pure Gym. The toilets are unacceptable, the back machine has been out of order for 2 months, some dumbbells have been missing for months, the Yanga water machine is dirty. The sound system is terrible!!! You can't feel the atmosphere of the gym at all. I hope that the management of Pure Gym will finally start to control their business in Worcester more.

Visit regularly during lunchtimes, Good gym, everything you need to train, changing rooms/showers are clean, lockers available if needed. Tends to be overcrowded after work/peak time.

The hip abductor machine has been out of order for 2 months. No one is bothering. I even spoke to one of the gym staff members but no help. No one from PureGym staff/managers cares that the machine is out of order. Two months is a long time for a machine to be out of order. No maintenance and no protocol. If a machine gets out of order at PureGym, it stays out of order for months and no one fixes it. This is not the first time. We are paying for non working machines.

this is just awful, the leg spreader that pumps up the buttocks has been out of order for almost 2 months, no one can fix it! this machine is very important for many, why does no one do this???? People pay for working machines and can't use them!!!
