Useless, useless, useless. They are never open as the Google page suggests, the staff seem to come and go and lock the doors when they want to, and when you do get in, the till or the evri machine does not work. Do us all a favour and shut this place down for good what a joke

If I could give 0, I would! Avoid!!! I gave them my winter coat for a dry clean, they absolutely ruined it, it shrank 3 sizes. Tried to complain, no answer.

Do not use Priory Dry Cleaners for alterations, they are incompetant. I left a brand new jersey top with them for the sleeves to be shortened. The result was shocking, wrong colour thread, stitching all puckered and not even straight. I had to return to the shop the following day to speak to the manager who was hopeless.
She agreed the work was poor but said there was nothing they could do to correct it. She seemed unable to comprehend that the top was ruined which was incredibly annoying. They did refund the cost of the bodge job. If I could I would give no stars.

Just collected some ironing from the St Peters shop. Some items with a crease ironed into them around the pockets and hem. Items badly hung on the hangers so that they were difficult to pick up and hold. Not impressed with the service.

Never open when they say they are going to be open. Sign says 5pm and at 4.20 they are closed without warning! Parcel machine never works either.

Trousers well cleaned and prompt service BUT their website says £8.90 for a standard pair of trousers to be dry cleaned and twice now they?ve tried to charge me £11. Beware!!

Go in to use the evri point. Staff are always really friendly and helpful.
