As per the previous review - curtains and blinds not even cleaned, normal dry cleaners tell you if there are marks that they can?t get out and they haven?t , they still stunk of that musky food smell and dust from being kept in a bag for over 2 weeks

I had an antique fur coat sent off to this company from my local dry cleaner, after I was informed this was a specialist. They have irreparably ruined a fur coat over 100 years old. When I rang to ask what they had done, they said they had dry cleaned it. Anyone claiming to be a professional knows that you cannot dry clean fur. It was the last thing I have left of my grandmother's as we recently had a house fire, and I am absolutely appalled at the neglectful actions performed by this company.

Avoid this company. Do not use. They caused damage to my wedding dress but would not do anything about it. I tried by phone and emails to complain but got no where. My dress was over £1,500 new and I was hoping to sell it for £800. It now has damage right at the front so is not worth much at all. Who wants to buy a secondhand dress with a mark on the front of the bust. I spent over 6 months complaining but they do not reply to my emails now. I am considering taking them to court as they should not get away with treating people like this.
AS SAID ?. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO CLEAN YOUR CLOTHES. THEY DAMAGE CLOTHES. THEY DO NOT CARE.

Well what can I say about this company, apart from keep away and avoid, avoid, avoid.
It all started when I gave them 2 pairs of expensive trousers to clean for me. I then get a call a week later asking if it dry cleaning I wanted. Then another call saying they?d lost a pair.
Finally get one pair back and an offer to pay for a replacement pair. So I?ve emailed and called several times with no luck of getting my trousers replaced and paid for.
This has gone on for over 4 months now, so not a very happy customer at all and an awful experience.

I had to put one star but it should be none!!! DO NOT USE FOR WEDDING DRESS CLEANING! This company still has my wedding dress 4 months after i took it into the shop and the issue is still ongoing! I was told the dry cleaning would take up to 2 weeks but had to chase them after 3 weeks. Finally after 5 weeks i received it back without a word from them for me to see the whole top half has been discoloured! It got sent back to head office and still hasn?t been resolved and the customer service is appalling!!! I paid £85 for this service and if i was you I would stay well clear!!!

They are not careful enough when ironing. We?ve had several duvets ruined (at our expensive) as the buttons & poppers have all been melted off.Last sheet came back with a stain on.Not happy with the service.

They have ruined my bed linen, the most irreversible part being that a duvet cover came back with footprint from large boot which will not wash off. When I telephoned the lady who answered had limited English and didn?t seem to understand what I was saying. Furthermore, their ironing methods melted the plastic buttons on some duvet covers, while other duvet covers with ?normal? buttons merely came back with buttons missing. When I called to complain, they offered to put Velcro strips on my duvet covers which I did not want!
