Excellent customer service from Kirtsy, thumbs up to you,you welcomed us in a very loving and caring way. I will definitely come back with my friends again and again and again aaaaaaaand aaaaagain. The staff is just on point,paying attention to detail. Thanks, chef, for a very delicious meal. Keep it up .Rooms: Rooms are spotless clean. Quite a luxury I will never forget

You pretty much always know exactly what you're getting with a purple Palace which is why it's a good place to stay. Worcester is no exception . Rooms are the standard layout, there is no air con here though just ambient temp control. The restaurant is attached and directly overlooks the cricket ground.Team were helpful and check in easy, WiFi is a let down though really drops out so hard to work from here, could be as I was on the top floor.

Before I begin please understand this isn't me exaggerating and exactly what happened. I needed time away from home and to find out if I wanted to live in Worcester, the Premier Inn took me in like I was one of them and the staff are all bubbly and so nice, I'm so happy I chose here over travel lodge as my mh was so bad that I had a bad night and nearly did something ill regret but theirs always staff on hand. Emma and faye were so nice to me and they worked their socks off and when they had time they would always come check on me, but not just them all the staff are amazing and understanding as I'm a type 1 diabetic and needed my insulin put in a fridge, stupid me forgot Premier inns don't come with one in but they took it and put it in the fridge for me and took all precautions they needed with names, room numbers the lot. Thankyou so much guys, also, thankyou so much to Scott for helping me out and hugging me like I was a friend to him as he's a regular x

Nice premier inn in Worcester town centre. Staff are friendly. Rooms are pretty good. The location is right next to River Severn and a short walk across Worcester bridge to shops, restaurants, etc, with views of the river and cathedral. The hotel is adjacent to Worcester county cricket ground so the occurrence of cricket matches can affect room availability and pricing. Parking is pretty expensive: £3 overnight, £7.50 for 12 hours during the day.

A 10 mins walk from Worcester Foregate Station, This Premier Inn Hotel is well situated. Just head towards the River Seven.A great Hotel if you want to watch Worcester Cricket Club, Its just next door..In fact my room, 203 ,overlooked the playing Area..It has a car park but when I was here some of the car park was under water as the Seven had swollen it's banks.My room is lovely, On the second floor, By the way there is a lift, It was very clean and had a bath/shower room and a double bed and sofa bed.The dining/restaurant is on site just past the entrance..The staff are very friendly and always ready to help..Rooms: My room 203, Had a great view of the playing pitch for Worcester Cricket ClubOn the second floor..Very clean..Very spacious as it was a family room.One double bed plus a sofa bed.
