I always have issues when using this post office. She overcharged one of my parcels and other time she tried to charge me for a freepost package.

They have a staff member who always tries to overcharge me for my parcel sizes. Today I took them straight to another post office who sized them as small parcels without an issue.Will not be using here again. Appalling service.
