I booked in for my cat to be seen after she got into a nasty fight and was injured, originally she was booked in at 16:30 but I couldn?t make that appt due to her being stubborn and not coming in! Thankfully and kindly the staff at the vets moved it to 18:00 and I managed to get there. The ladies on reception were so kind and caring and great with customer service. The two ladies in the picture handled my cat (Tinkerbell) with the best care! They were so good at their job and and created a stress free environment for her. Thankyou all for your patience and attentiveness.

I took my dog here for grooming and the result was awful. I asked for a nice short cut, not shaved. Instead, they only cut the top and left the bottom untouched. On the back, one side is short while the other side wasn?t even done. Very uneven and unprofessional. Absolutely would not recommend - terrible service.

Purchased various fish today didn?t get chance to check them as were put straight into a plastic bag then paper bag over so when got home I found that they had put a wrong fish in bag very disappointed but to late to now as they all in tank so my message is check before leaving the store as they clearly make mistakes even though this is there job
