I just wanted to say how amazing the lady was this morning on the post office counter. She was so kind and helpful we had a chat and she took her time with me and that meant a lot. I sat outside afterwards and she came to check I was ok. Kindness costs nothing and I'm very greatful for your kindness. Thank you. Lady on the till was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you both.

Been coming here years. Most of the staff are fine but some are just downright rude. One guy in particular (the short bald guy) has been infamously rude for a number of years. Got used to all that but seems he has been training new Neanderthals in waiting in pure poor customer skills. After being ignored for 5 minutes at the till after calling out numerous times, I was told to speak louder so he could serve me (even though he saw me come in the shop). Then asked what do you want 'bud'. No apology just pure rubbish. I know it's not the best of areas but for god's sake come on!

This is a brand new, only been opened a few weeks!!! It is a bright and airy shop with one of the few shops that are well stocked! It sells a wide range of handy household items those things that you always run out off but forget to buy on the supermarket run, so no matter what it is they will stock it! The staff are all smartly dressed in their uniforms and are very polite and helpful! It is a real asset to Rose Avenue and nearby areas!
