bad service, told that i could get lash extensions and brow tint under the age of 16 filled out multiple forms for consent, and payed towards it drove all the way there bearing in mind i live quite far away and then told me that there insurance didn?t cover under 16s and that i couldn?t get it done.

I had my eyelash extensions. The experience was not nice at all, as the performer Oliver was not communicating at all. The eyelash extension I did on 2/9/23, pulled out the next day without me washing my face.This is the second tim e I used their service. The first experience witSarah was very good. She communicated from the start of the process to the end. The eyelash extensions she did for me lasted more than expected.I don?t think I will ever use their services again because it?s a waste of money and time.I?m impressed by the staff especially jay and Sarah . They contacted me immediately after my review to make sure I was okay, which made me feel good and as well made a difference to how I was feeling after my appointment.Service: Eyelash extensions

Never had a bad experience at Natural Definition! Regularly have lashes and facial hair removal done once a month. Originally I was skeptical about facial hair removal as I have PCOS and get thick black hairs on chin and upper lip but after 3 sessions (one a month) they have completely disappeared! I haven't had to shave once in the last month and it has done wonders for my confidence. Next stop legs! Thanks so much Sarah would highly recommend to anyone

Sarah is not only amazing at what she does but also a super lovely, kind & welcoming person ?? I have been to ND for both waxing and also for new hair extensions, its safe to say Ive been converted from originally only using tape extensions to using the technique Sarah recommended. Haven't been this happy with my extensions for years! Highly, highly recommended & will be revisiting for other treatments
