I visited the store today and had a stylist appointment booked for my partner and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff member who attended to us showed little to no interest in assisting. He did not ask about the occasion, timeline, or requirements, and instead appeared disengaged, frequently wandering off rather than providing guidance.
I was left to source items myself for my partner to try on, and when I did ask for support, the responses I received felt dismissive and disinterested. Ultimately, we left the store early, and the staff member did not even notice we had departed.
As we had travelled over an hour to visit this branch, the lack of professionalism and customer care was particularly frustrating. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend this store based on our visit.

We went to the Worcester shop today at 4:30 and were served by a lovely gentleman who was more than happy to help my son find a suit last minute. Unlike other local shops that weren?t interested, the care and customer service here were absolutely perfect. Sadly, we didn?t catch the gentleman?s name, but we?re very grateful for his help!

Had an excellent experience here a couple of days ago. Being a typical bloke, I'd waited until far too close to an event to get a suit and entered in a cold sweat.
Luckily I was greeted by Emma, who has an amazing ability to look at someone and guess their measurements, which is spectacularly useful. Sprinkle in superb customer service and a good sense of humour and it made what could have been a chore into something way less intimidating.

I don?t usually post reviews but this has bothered me that much I feel the need. Walked into the shop today, was not acknowledged by the two members of staff in the branch. The lady sat behind the till (on her phone like the previous review) got up and followed us round the shop. She did not say a single word to us the whole time we were in the shop. We were looking for ideas of wedding suits with my partner having the intention of returning with the groomsmen to choose and buy their suits. However I will be suggesting he visits elsewhere. He was with me alongside my two children who were well behaved whilst in the shop so I do not understand why the sales assistant felt the need to so indiscreetly follow us round the shop without actually speaking to us to find out what we were looking for.

Walked in and was greeted by this... the person behind the desk didn't look up from their phone. I and another man were ignored. I was in for maybe 2 mins, I walked to the back of the store and was eventually said hello to as I left. This store used to be busy but I walk past regularly and just see staff on their phones leaning about. As the till is by the front door this looks awful!

Cannot stress enough how great Leah was during our whole process of ordering suits for my wedding! Thorough and professional service throughout as expected but the little things are what made her stand out. Simple things like letting me see the ties in different light to make sure they were the perfect colour for our wedding theme, suggesting I have a different waistcoat to my groomsmen so I stood out without losing the theme. Putting me at ease with little jokes and reasurance when wedding nerves started getting to me. To going above and beyond for my autistic son, making sure he was comfortable during the fitting and even letting him enter our details into the store computer because he loves electronics! Get this woman a raise immediately! Everyone we spoke to was lovely, thank you to Emma for putting my mind at ease when a crash on the m6 delayed my suit literally days before the wedding. But Leah was definitely the star of the show! The passion and pride she has in her job is something that's become a rarity these days and it was incredibly refreshing to see it! Thank you again for your helping making our big day as special as it was!

We visited the store, looking to hire/buy suits for an upcoming wedding, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by a gentleman, who then took us upstairs to show us some options, he did say he doesn't normally work at that store, well he did you proud, he was polite, extremely helpful, gave suggestions and ideas, however then made sure we had our own take on it. After having a terrible experience at Armstrong's Worcester , the service we received from this gentleman at Moss Bros was outstanding. A credit to the company.

Whilst they didn't have what I wanted, a very helpful chap showed me similar suits to establish my size and advised that I could purchase exactly what I wanted online.

Went in for a shirt for a wedding after not being able to find one with a nice fit. Very friendly staff helped me out straight away and found something that fitted perfect. Really good customer service and clothes.

Today my wife and I went to moss bros Worcester for me to be fitted for a wedding suit for our son who lives in Bradford and is getting married in Leeds. He had already been to moss bros in Bradford and paid for the hire of suits for the wedding party. I just needed to be fitted ready for my suit. We were welcomed immediately as we walked in and my wife was given a stool to sit on as she has mobility problems. Michael Sprague and Leah were the shop assistants and did a 1st class service, they were a credit to the company. When I mentioned that I had served in the Royal Air Force for 22 yrs Michael thanked me for my service which made me feel so proud. The fitting was a great experience and I would recommend this store to anyone 10/10
