Most things were not available - this was at 1:30 The person on the till had a wonderful 'did not give a toss' attitude The highlight was that they had no coffee available - this is as bad as a pub with no beer A café with no coffee. We went to the Hereford branch a couple of days later and it was first-class, everything was available and a nice staff attitude. Perhaps the staff from Malvern need to go on a training course in Hereford

service was slow , my friends burger was over cooked tough and cold ,so were the chips ! my peas were like bullets, chips cold but the scampi was ok ! will not be eating there again !!

Food was not hot. Service poor. The whole cafe looked dirty and scruffy. Tea making area was stained and had spilled ingredients. No cups available in the area. Servers miserable. No receipts being issued.Overall bad enough that I made a complaint.

Not the best place to eat. Cost has gone up quality gone down. Jacket potato cooked in micro wave skin not crispy not what to expect from a jacket potato won't be eating there again.

Friendly staff and pay at pump option for busier days but don?t like that there is no loyalty scheme anymore. Also, car wash is always out of service

Easy, you have the choice to pay at pump or kiosk. Decent priced fuel. Normally open when the store isn't. No complaints here!
