Poor bad service just sent my husband to buy breadcrumbs he looked for it he couldn't find it, he asked one of the staff she just said it doesn?t exist and didn?t look for it, I went there after a couple of minutes and I find it by myself

I heard there was a compliant against some staff members,last Friday 20th September, we?ll I?d like to point out that it will not be you early day staff, as everyone of them is brilliant and very friendly to all customers, I might add some of you later afternoon and evening staff are not the same at all in some cases very unfriendly to say the least I try to avoid going to the store after 5pm

Staff are amazing. Store manager is a misery. Heard her speak to one of her staff like dirt. Which as a customer I found quite bad . The girl was doing her job like all the other hard working staff. Manager needs a talking too.

Excellent great service but what about giving excess food that would normally b thrown out as it would make my life so much easier as I am disabled can only use right hand, please consider helping local older people who haven't got anyone no family no 9ne please think of us and not just bin it...
