5 cars served to every one customer in store! Worryingly they can't get your order right! Had to clean our own table as the staff were nowhere to be seen. When they do appear they clearly don't want to be here. When food finally arrived only half the cheese, lettuce etc made it onto the burger the other half was in the box.

Whole items missing from delivery. Just eat claim they delivered it bevause the mcdonalds receipt says it should be there. It's not bevauae reading off a list and putting stuff in a bag is too complicated for whoever works there. How can you not notice a whole happy meal missing from a bag you are filling up. Manager couldn't care less.

Without fail everyyy time I?ve come thru here I?ve been parked for literally the smallest orders and even still there?s something always wrong with my order or it looks like a bag of s***. It?s ment to be a fast food restaurant

Very bad Toffee Latte, but the fries are much better than in other McDonalds in Worcester.

Again an unfulfilled order. Tonight No41.
Ordered instore. No fries included in order, these were then enclosed but during that time the rest of the food was going cold.
Upon coming home the McCrispy was missing from the order.
Phoned Blackpole McDonalds who said return the whole order and we'll replace.
Some of the family had already started to eat theirs so couldn't return the whole order intact. AND why should we have to use fuel in our vehicle to do this?
Surely the restaurant should rectify this by delivering the missing item.
Not the first time this has happened. Last time we were told our name would be in the book for redemption when we were next in. The name and items were never entered so therefore we were completely robbed.
To date we are owed over £20.00 in missing items.
McDonalds is equivalent to McThieves.
Think all staff need to be trained from delivering orders to customer service

Orderd food delivery? wait for 2 hour and driver came without food? horrible horrible?.. never ever order again from here.. Big company with 0 management skills.. shame on you. Driver accepted order without food. What a fool person.

I unfortunately have to come here maybe 1-2 times a month as it?s my family?s favourite. I really don?t like to though, poor service and my order has been wrong the last 5 times I?ve been. Staff seem to just be messing around rather than paying attention

They are two guys there who never stop cleaning around.
