If you go there there's a good chance it's going to be a long wait and a very good chance of having something missing or wrong with your food order. The place is just too busy with delivery drivers and the drive through as well as counter service.

Probably one of, if not the worst McDonalds I've been, staff were rude, there were no napkins in the holder and when I asked for some they were literally thrown at me, took around 20 minutes for food to arrive, missing some of the order, rude when I went to question this and just handed the missing food in disgust with no apology, staff hanging around the kitchen area not really concentrating on the job. Only real positives, carpark is free for 2 hours and the food was okay.

McDonalds is considered a fast food restaurant by many, but not at this outlet.
Although the food was as expected, the service was slow.

The food was standard McDonalds food
The place was clean
Staff was friendly and helpful
The viwe was nice of the river
Parking: The car park is shared with Aldi and the range there are about 100 places
Kid-friendliness: The is a children's play area and ipads for children to use

Busy at 3pm in August. It was still easy to order and the order arrived quickly.

Visited with my kids at 5pm on a Thursday - it was really quiet. Ordered via the app to table, really quick service, everything as requested, food tasted hot and fresh - as McDonald?s go, one of the best I?ve visited!
